What are the differences between Asian and European dragons?

What are the differences between Asian and European dragons? –

Dear Harry –
There are myriad differences, but in general, Western dragons are thought to be rampaging beasts that must be slain by knights so that the huge saurian creatures don’t burn villages, devour maidens and so on. Eastern dragons are generally viewed as repositories of great wisdom, who may even be consulted by respectful humans. One trait almost all dragons share is a love of treasure.
