Guess it depends on the person doing the observing and what mood they are in.
Need validation as provider and master? Then it would be the puppies.
Want a bit of goofy playtime? Then the kittens have it paws down.
Just know that both would have to cede the cuteness throne to baby bunnies doing…well, anything or nothing at all. Baby bunnies are to cute what protons and neutrons are to the nucleus of an atom.
